The project locates in Esenyurt region which is of the urban regions on the western side of Istanbul.

Generally, projects in esenyurt region are well known for affordable prices which are suitable for different budgets.

The total land area of this project is 26.000 sm , 85% of that area is green areas. project consists of 4 buildings (Blocks) that include 609 residential apartments with spacious terraces.
