The project locates in Esenyurt region which is of the urban regions on the western side of Istanbul.

Generally, projects in esenyurt region are well known for affordable prices which are suitable for different budgets.

Project is close to Marmara Sea coastline also kucukcekmece lake as well as E5 and E80 highways.
