This project locates in kucukcekmece region, and it was named kucukcekemece after the well-known lake that exists in that region and it branches off the sea of Marmara, kucukcekmece region locates between E5 and E80 highways which makes it easily reachable from many other regions in Istanbul.

Project has been constructed on a total land area of 36.000 sm and it contains 6 blocks 3 of them are for offices and the other 3 are for residential apartments, project includes 440 residential apartments in total and 122 offices, in addition to 28 commercial shops that include restaurants, cafes and markets.
