The project locates in Sariyer (maslak) region, Sariyer region is famous for its beautiful nature which is reflected in pine trees and Belgrade forests. Sariyer region is also very close to the main central regions of Istanbul.

Project is being constructed on a land area of 35.700 sm , 60% of that land is green areas , project consists of 11 buildings with different heights between 11 and 21floor height .

It includes 935 residential apartments and 22 commercial shops, apartments have very high quality interior and exterior finishing and they are with different layouts, project provides wonderful views to surrounding Belgrade forests, in addition to its unique location which is close to many vital areas and highways in the city.
